Final Fantasy: Spirits Within Review

I’m still not quite ready to talk about my feelings regarding the latest Ace Attorney game so in order to postpone it, I’m going to review a film. Let’s review Final Fantasy: Spirits Within.

How is this related to Final Fantasy: It’s a film made by the same team that make the games, but it’s not related to any specific game
Worth a watch? I’d say worth one watch.
Best thing about it? The villain declaring “just hit them and hit them and hit them until they day”.

My thoughts on remakes of classic games

Hi guys, this is a post that’s been a long time coming.

So, they announced they’re remaking Final Fantasy VII and they hinted they might remake Final Fantasy XII but I think that’s not actually a thing.

Anyway, I’m just going to talk about remakes and my feelings about them.

50 Songs from Final Fantasy that you must listen to before you die

Yeah, apologies for the stupid title.

This post is all Scott‘s fault. He sent round an e-mail that was like “here is the best video game theme EVER”. I forget what it was (it was from Grand Theft Auto, I know that much) but my response was basically to send around a million other video game songs. Basically, poor Scott didn’t know what he would unleash.

I did promise not to send around 50 songs from Final Fantasy but I’m not going to lie, it’s really easy for me to get a list together.

I apologise in advance because I kind of did this before but… Oh well.

I am moving house, so I’m sorry that I’ve not reviewed a game in AGES.

Without further ado, here are 50 songs from Final Fantasy…

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call Review

Right, so a little while back I said Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is a game you MUST play if you have a 3DS. I stand by my stance for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call as it is an equally great game.

Console: 3DS
Is it worth buying if you have the first one? Did you enjoy the first one? Then yes.
Is it worth buying if you have not played the first one? Do you have a 3DS? Do you like rhythm games? Yes, it is, you need no knowledge of the original game or even the Final Fantasy series to like this game.

Final Fantasy: The Legend of the Crystals Review

OK so here we have another film review. A few weeks ago I watched Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals because I might as well. It seemed like a cheesy 90s cartoon and I could waste 1.5Hours doing this.

Final Fantasy Legend of the Crystals

Dear Lord. It was really…not what I expected.

Let me tell you about why…

5 Cool mums in video games

What the heck, it’s Mother’s Day so let’s talk about cool mums in video games. They do exist! Feel free to comment and add your own suggestions!

Some Gaming Memorabilia I have bought

This is a bit of a random one. I’ve previously talked about Artbooks that you need in your life so thought today I’d just talk about some game collectibles I own/have boguht for someone else because that kind of thing needs reviewing.

A shout out to Fangamer as they are the ones who stock a lot of cool things. Their customer service is ace and they send you cool treats in with your swag (last time someone sent me a cool picture of Strago from FFVI!! I was well chuffed!)

Read on if you actually care what I own.

Battle on the Big Bridge’s Score looks like a Big Bridge

Quickie since I missed Saturday’s update.

I found this:

Battle on the Big Bridge Score

I think it’s the score to Final Fantasy V’s Battle on the Big Bridge:

All I can tell is it says “Final Fantasy V” and… it kind of looks like a big bridge. I don’t have a source I’m afraid :(

Bay Bridge a.m.

That’s all. Here’s a picture of Gilgamesh:

Gilgamesh FFV Excalipoor this is far from the strongest of Swords

And another because why not:

Final Fantasy IV: Interlude Review
